Funding &

Payments

There are several ways to make payments.

All payments must be made on or before the 1st of each month for that month’s fees.

Direct Debit
This is our preferred method of payment as detailed in our terms and conditions. We ask all parents to set up a direct debit during your child’s settling-in sessions.

Payments should be set for the 1st of every month.

Any payments for any extra sessions booked will be taken at the time of booking.
Vouchers
Ashbourne Day Nurseries accepts all voucher payments from all voucher companies. All vouchers must be released one week before the 1st of the month, paying in advance; please use the reference provided by your nursery when allocating the vouchers. If you are likely to book extra sessions, we will ask you to sign up to direct debit – your account will remain at £0.00 until payments are required for extra sessions. If you are paying part of your fees by voucher, we ask you to set up a direct debit for the remaining amount.
Tax Free Childcare
Ashbourne Day Nurseries accepts payment via Tax Free Childcare providing this is released before the 1st of the month and paid in advance. Please use the reference provided by your nursery when allocating the payments.
