Established in 2006 our Dagenham nursery is a large and friendly setting based in the heart of the community. With a home from home feel and an educational, caring and fun environment, Ashbourne Day Nurseries at Dagenham offers your children the best early years education possible.

Our Dagenham nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, supporting all areas of development for children from 3 months to school age. Our practitioners monitor each child’s individual progress and plan key activities to support development in all areas of learning.

Baby Den

3 months to 2 years

Our baby room is a dedicated area for babies and younger children, from 3 months to 2 years.

Our sensory areas within the room help with child development. Nappies and milk are also included within the price.

Toddlers

2 to 3 years

The room includes dressing-up areas, reading corners, a home corner and a mark making area.

Our toddler area is specifically tailored for toddlers and young inquisitive minds. We promote independence and teach our toddlers social skills.

Pre-school

In pre-school, children begin getting ready for school with our school readiness programme.

We focus on developing their confidence and skill set ready for the next step in their journey.

Our Outside Area

We provide a stimulating learning environment with a mud kitchen, construction area, and dinosaur land.

Our children also recently planted a variety of herbs and vegetables, and they have pet fish and snails that they can interact with.
