About our
Hipswell
nursery

Situated in the charming village of Hipswell, opposite the village hall, our nursery offers a warm and welcoming environment for children to learn and grow. With dedicated rooms for babies, mobile babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers, as well as a dining area for communal lunches, we provide a nurturing space for every stage of early childhood development.

At Ashbourne Day Nurseries, we believe in the importance of outdoor exploration and play. That’s why we encourage our little ones to don their coats and venture into our outdoor area, where they can discover and learn in nature’s playground. Plus, our pre-schoolers enjoy a weekly dance session, adding a fun and active element to their learning journey.

We understand the significance of nutrition in early development, which is why we serve seasonal, healthy lunches and snacks daily. Our team is dedicated to catering to individual dietary requirements and supporting the weaning process for babies, ensuring every child receives the nourishment they need to thrive.

Following the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, our experienced practitioners are committed to supporting all aspects of your child’s development from three months until they’re ready for school. Through personalised monitoring and a variety of enriching experiences, we aim to foster growth and achievement in every child.
